Body Shift Reset provides wellness self-reflection and coaching-style prompts around body transition, self-image, social attention, food noise shifts, fear of regain, boundaries and identity.

It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, nutritional or legal advice. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, recommend, change or evaluate medications, dosages, treatment plans or weight-loss methods.

3. No emergency or crisis use

Do not use this website for emergencies, severe anxiety, depression, eating disorder symptoms, body dysmorphia, self-harm thoughts or urgent medical issues. Contact a qualified professional or emergency service instead.

4. Eligibility

The website is intended for adults. Do not use the assessment if you are under 18.

5. No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee weight loss, weight maintenance, mental health outcomes, confidence, reduced fear, relationship changes, diagnosis, treatment or any specific result.

6. Early-access status

The product is in early access. Features, copy, pricing, delivery format and availability may change. Some buttons may collect purchase intent or interest without charging you.

7. User responsibilities

• Use the service only for personal self-reflection.
• Do not submit medical records, body photos, exact medication dosages or emergency requests.
• Do not misuse, scrape, attack, reverse engineer or interfere with the website.
