This Privacy Policy explains how Body Shift Reset collects, uses and protects information during the early-access smoke test.

Operator transparency: Body Shift Reset is a pre-launch wellness self-reflection project. There is currently no registered legal entity behind the project. For privacy, access or deletion requests, contact support@bodyshiftreset.com.

1. What Body Shift Reset is

Body Shift Reset is an AI-assisted wellness and self-reflection tool for people adapting to rapid body change, self-image changes, social attention, food noise shifts, fear of regain, boundaries and identity. It is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, nutritional or legal service.

2. Information we collect

Email address, when you ask to save your teaser result or join early access.
Quiz answers, scores and teaser result type, so we can save your assessment context and understand product demand.
Consent choices, including analytics and marketing tracking preferences.
Technical information, such as page URL, referrer, browser user agent, approximate timestamp and server logs.
Analytics events, such as quiz start, quiz completion, lead submit and upgrade-interest clicks, only where consent is required and provided.

3. Information we do not ask for

We do not ask for body photos, medical documents, exact medication names, dosages, prescriptions, treatment plans or payment card details during this early-access smoke test.

4. How we use information

To send your teaser result and early-access updates.
To understand whether users want a full Body Shift Map.
To improve the assessment, copy, product flow and safety language.
To measure aggregated site performance and advertising performance after consent.
To respond to support, deletion or privacy requests.

5. Analytics and advertising tools

With your consent, we may use Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage and Meta Pixel to understand advertising performance. We do not intentionally send email addresses, quiz answers, medical details or detailed body-related responses to Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.

6. Service providers

We may use hosting, email, analytics and advertising providers to operate the website and early-access flow. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.

7. Retention

Early-access leads and quiz data are kept only as long as needed to run the smoke test, contact early users, improve the product or comply with reasonable operational needs. You can request deletion at any time.

8. Your choices

You can reject analytics and marketing tracking in the cookie banner.
You can unsubscribe from emails if an unsubscribe link is provided.
You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing support@bodyshiftreset.com.

9. Sensitive information

Because this project is health-adjacent, please do not submit medical records, medication instructions, diagnoses, crisis messages, body photos or other sensitive medical information through the assessment or contact form.
